All circular saw blades are carried to perfect heat treatment, dynamic balance and tensioning to ensuring premium results. After circular saw bladeshave been brazed and put through 2 step sharpening processes to insure the utmost quality.

Brazing: By Germany automatic induction brazing machines to eliminate inherent problem.

Tension: The pressure ring disperses the stress throughout the saw blade and eliminates distortion and warping.

Dynamic balancing and straightness: These process diminish saw blade run out and vibration and enhance the precision.

Quality control: Each saw blade is checked by many checking procedures to insure the quality.

Application: Designed for use on panel saw machines for scoring MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates and bonded materials.
