IBISE circular saw blades are fabricated by the excellent alloyed steel plates SKS51 from Japan, Ceratizit ultrafine grade carbide tips and Sandwich brazing solders. All circular saw blades are carried to perfect heat treatment, dynamic balance and tensioning to ensuring premium results. After circular saw bladeshave been brazed and put through 2 step sharpening processes to insure the utmost quality.

Material: excellent alloy tool steels, ultrafine grade carbide tips and tri-metals brazing solder.

Brazing: By Germany automatic induction brazing machines to eliminate inherent problem.

Tension: The pressure ring disperses the stress throughout the saw blade and eliminates distortion and warping.

Dynamic balancing and straightness: These process diminish saw blade run out and vibration and enhance the precision.

Quality control: Each saw blade is checked by many checking procedures to insure the quality.

Application: Designed for use on panel saw machines for scoring MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates and bonded materials.
