I. Outline of the product
1. The dust seal lip adopts the manner of simultaneous sealing at the location where the primary seal strip and secondary seal strip are fit against inner surface of the rubber belt, thus improving sealing effect and higher-degree environment protection.
2. The dust seal lip adopt polyurethane material with high molecular weight, good elasticity and strong wear resistance, thus greatly extending the service life of dust seal lip.
3. Special construction: the secondary seal strip is furnished with two courses of dust-tight inverse “eight”-shaped labyrinth seal groove and curved contact bottom, which can ensure a small amount of dust penetrating the primary seal strip cannot continuously penetrate second dust-lock seal groove.
II. Application
All the feed points of rubber belt conveyor, particularly it behaves better in the place with relatively higher environment protection requirements, adverse environment and heavy dust.
