Product features

Scope of application
It is used for the integrated high wear-resistant hard surface formed on concrete surface, especially the
environment needs requests about floor surface hardness and wear resistance such as garages, shopping malls,
factories, warehouses and so on.

Method of application
1. The cement content of base plane concrete should be at least 300kg/m3, the ratio of water with cement and
??? oxygen content should be controlled under 0.55 and 3%.
2. The outgoing water from concrete should be controlled and more or less bleeding will directly affect the usage and performance.
3. The average usage of the product should be 4-6kg/sqm that will create about 2-3mm thickness of wear-resistant layer.
4. The product should be operated by 2 times as the concrete of base plane coagulates to a certain degree. No outgoing water but the surface is still wet.
5. Sprinkle about 60% of the pre-usage materials on the concrete surface evenly, and then start the first floating after the surface water is absorbed, but no need to knead.
6. Sprinkle the rest materials as 2㎏/㎡on the concrete surface evenly after the first time. The floating should
be done after the curing agent absorbing moisture and coming dark. The surface troweling should be done
after the surface to certain hardness.
Maintenance
The appropriate maintenance is important to get the designed physical performance on the surface of YunYan
non-metal wear-resisting floor hardening agent. The surface needs to be cured by sealing wax agent after
mechanical troweling .

Attentions
It is alkali chemicals that avoid splashing in the face, especially in the eyes. Wash with plenty of water or ask
the doctor for help.
It is better to wear gloves, safety glasses, working clothes to avoid skin contact.
It is non-toxic and non-flammable.

Storage period
