Technical Feature:

PB-303 is a gray powder developed by PB test center, consists of cement, graded fine sand, synthetic resin and special additives. Forming a kind of ceramic tile adhesive when stirred with water:
1, Easy to paste.
2, High thixotropy, even if the heavy brick is not inserted into the interval, it will not collapse when applied in the vertical surface directly.
3, Strong bonding power, can perfectly bonded together with all kinds of traditional building materials.
4, No shrinkage after it is dry and hard.
5, Long open assembly time.

PB-303 cannot be used on the following surface layer:
1, Concrete members which are possibly serious shrinking.
2, Wall and floor which are strongly out of shape and shaky.
3, Metal face.

Construction procedure:
?
1, Preparation on the surface layer
?
1) The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, etc. Damp surface may extend the setting time of adhesives.
2) After laying on the surface of the ceramic tile, cement base should not be contraction, so in spring and summer, each 1cm-thick wall plastering should be maintained at least 1 week. Cement bottom ash should be maintained at least 28 days.
3) Should take steps to lower the temperature if the surface is too hot.

2, Mixing
?
1) Mixed and stirred PB-303 Super Stone Glue with water into paste, then put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to gain the better effect.?
2) The ratio between the weight and water consumption of the gray PB-303 should be 100:27~28, amounting to per 20kg powder adds 5.5 to 6.5L of water, while the white one should be 100:30~32, amounting to per 20kg powder adds 6.5 to 7.5L of water.
3) The mixing material in the preparation can be saved for 8 hours.

3, Lay-up Ceramic tile and stone
?
1) No need to wet the ceramic tile and stone before laying, unless there is much dust on the back of the ceramic tile.
2) In order to maintain a good contact with adhesives, the ceramic tile should be pressed hard in place.
3) The open assembly time of PB-106 in normal temperature and humidity is about 20 minutes. In the conditions of adverse climatic (burning sun, dry wind, high temperature, etc.) or strong water-absorption of the surface, open assembly time may be shortened, sometimes reduced to a few minutes. So always check carefully whether the adhesive surface peeling, or whether it is still in a sticky situation. If it is peeling already, pasting the adhesive one more time.
