 High frequency screen has high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening efficiency and other features, and its principles is different from that of ordinary screening equipment.
Brief introduction to high frequency mineral screen
High frequency screen consists of vibration exciter, ore pulp distributor, screen frame, frame, suspension springs, sieve and other components.

Driven by the drive mechanism, vibration generator forces sieve surface to take high frequency vibration. Vibration system works in near-resonant state, the machine acted by damping bearing rarely give ground dynamic loads; the machine can be mounted directly on a solid flat surface or normal steel structure platform.Screen surface vibration frequency is 50Hz and amplitude is 0~2 mm, the vibration intensity is 8~10 times higher than that of gravitational acceleration, and 2~3 times higher than vibration intensity of general mechanical shaker. Sieve hole is not easy to plug, with high screening efficiency and large processing capacity, so it is especially suitable for sieving fine powder materials. Grading grain size is 0.074~1mm.
