Application:

(1) Alloy tube is mainly used for low and medium pressure boiler (working pressure not higher than 5.88Mpa, working temperature below 450 ℃) of heating surface tubes;

(2) Alloy tube is always used for high-pressure boilers (above 9.8Mpa working pressure in general, working temperature between 450℃ ~ 650℃) of heating surface tubes, economizer, super-heater, re-heater, petrochemical industrial pipe.

(3) Alloy tube is one seamless steel pipe whose performance is much higher than the average, because the steel contains Cr more inside. It can bear high temperature, low temperature, corrosion-resistant seamless performance of other inferior , so the alloy tube is more widely used in the petroleum, chemical, electric power, boiler and other industries.

1. Process Procedure:

Because of alloy pipes’ different manufacturing processes, they are divided into hot-rolled (extrusion) seamless and cold drawn (rolled) Seamless two. Cold drawn (rolled) pipe is divided into circular pipe and shaped pipe.

2. P22 alloy tube Process Overview:

a. rolled (extrusion seamless): round tube perforation → heating → ??three-roll rolling, rolling or extrusion → detached → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → billet tube → straightening → hydrostatic test (or testing) → mark → storage.

b. cold drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipe: round perforated tube → heating→ annealing →?? pickling → Heading oiled (copper) → multi-pass cold drawn (rolled) → heat treatment → straightening pipe billet st
