corrugated web crane

The corrugated web crane is consist of steel structure, mechanical driven system and electrical controlling part. The steel parts are made of main girder, side girder, platform railing and  maintenance platform. It adopts the curly wave steel in the main girder and side girder.  

The corrugated web welds with the upper and lower flange into a box structure. Crane working part adopts triad deceleration motor drive, compact structure, reasonable arrangement. Lifting mechanism of the block adopts the double pulley rolling system, solving the irregular arrangement problem of steel rope, shorten the length between hook and drum, and enlarge the lifting height. The electrical parts of corrugated web crane take advantage of digital intelligence controlling system, so that reduce the volume of electrical control cabinet, saving cable dosage and also the energy. The corrugated web crane changes the structure of traditional cranes into a reasonable structure, with the smart clear force, is the biggest innovation of cranes.
