One Cuplock Standard node point enables up to 4 components to be fastened at once just with one hammer. The locking device is formed by two cups, a fixed bottom cup that is welded to the standard at pre-located 0.5m intervals, top cup can slide up and down within the restricted range. Locate the blade end of the ledgers into bottom cup, drop down and rotate the top cup to secure the component in place, then tighten with the hammer. How simple the assembly procedure --Provides Vertical Support for Scaffolds;

Applications:

Some time mobile tower will be erected, and to move the scaffolding tower, 12” casters will be mounted. The casters will be mounted and tightened on the Caster Adapter. Caster Adapter has a base plate, which is same as the top plate of 12” Cater, then they can be connected and tightened together.

Specifications:

Tube thickness 2.75mm & 3.00mm is for option;

Finishing Hot Dip Galvanization (HDG), Electrical Galvanization (EP) is for option;
