Materials:

Non-woven Air Heating Furnace is a pressure vessel and has to resist the oxidation of the high-temperature air at the same time, therefore the material have to be stainless steel.The heating element of the air heater is made of stainless steel electric heating tube.

Efficiency:

Many baffle plates are installed in the heater to extend the residence time of the air in order to improve heat exchange efficiency. To increase the heating tubes properly and improve the installed power of the air heater can shorten the warming up time of the production line.
