Production Line

  Theproduction line of cement foam insulation panel is the latest set of equipmentdeveloped by the company based on the market demand. The production linedivides the process into stirring system, circular pouring system, ejectionsystem, cutting system, packing system, storage system and scrap crushing &recycling system. The capacity per shift of the production line is 150-200 m3.The automatic control production process is used with required 6-8 workers,Which greatly decrease the production cost.

Stirring System

 Spiral feeding is used with automatic mixing and measuring. Themeasuring is more accurate. The cement, fly ash and water can be measured automatically.Other raw materials are added manually. Secondary mixing and measuring areadopted to reduce the dust pollution.

Circular Pouring System

  Hydraulic propulsion cycle is adopted to make the poured productoperating stably in the cycle, with no impact on the foaming effect. Hydraulicpropulsion is used as power to reduce the equipment fault rate and damage rateof the finished products.

Cutting system

  Streamline operation is used on the whole line without needing tohandle the briquette. Guide on line of briquette positioning cutting at bothside horizontally --- 4 saws cutting vertically --- automatic tilting for 90o--- cutting into finished panel --- finished panel packed with plastic packer.
