Carton Sealer is one kind of fully automatic packaging equipment used to fold and seal the carton, including hot melt glue sealing machine and adhesive tape sealing machine. It is applied in packing line of beer, beverage and foodstuff after carton erecting and cartoning. The unique dual channel design can reach maximum of 80 cartons per minute.

Operating principle

FX70 Case Sealer can be divided into different units with single function. The conveyor parts adopt roller conveyor. The stopping parts are the speed-down segment.

First, the conveyor driven by motor can supply the open cartons to the machine, and cartons get across the sealer on the rollers which are driven by the strap in the both sides of the machine. Then, the fixation plank folds the front-flap of the carton and the back-flap of the carton are folded by pneumatic units. After folded front-flap and back-flap are sprayed by hot-melt, the side-flaps are folded by fixation plank and glued to front-flap and back-flap steadily. In the next closing unit, cartons are guided by press-wheel from driven by strap over the carton. The press-wheel from driven by strap is adjustable in order to adapt to the different height of cartons.
