Using for Carton production

90 centigrade pva yarn can be used for carton production. Nowadays in the carton production, in order to increase the fracture resistance and toughness of  the carton,now many companies used DTY to increase its characteristics in the production process . The carton is recyclable re-use, after the recovery, in the process of doing pulp,polyester textured yarn can not be dissolved in water, thus requiry a lot of manual cleaning, cause environmental pollution. Now we used pva yarn to instead of DTY, it can increase their fracture resistance and toughness, the recovery process of doing pulp, pva can be soluble, which reduce labor costs and avoid environmental pollution.
