Best practices for making mesh balls 

How you use our PVA Mesh is completely up to you and your skill as an angler but to get the most balls out of our PVA Mesh (per metre) we tie them as explained below:

1. Hold mesh and tube firmly in one hand 
2. Fill the tube from the elasticated top end to level required 
3. Let the bait and mesh come down controling it with your hand and a nice ball will form

4. Now compress the bait with your hand (by resting the bottom of the ball on your leg and pushing down on the top of the ball with your hand works well you do not need a plunger, although if preferred, one can be used) then twist the mesh a little  

5. Once twisted, the bait will not now fall back down the tube and you can now turn everything up side down holding the tube and mesh between your legs (this leaves both hands free and locks the mesh on the tube)

6. Now firm the ball more by twisting the PVA mesh&once tight enough, use PVA tape to tie off the ball  (This is very easily done!) if you don’t wish to use PVA tape to tie off your ball, simply tie a knot and slide the knot back to make a tight ball, then you can form another knot and cut inbetween the two knots so the PVA mesh tube is ready for the next bait ball. 

7. The ball is now made

and your choice. If you want to get it fast, and if your order is small, by air and by express are the better choice. If you have a large quantity, by sea is much cheaper.

Q: how long could I get the products ?
A: we have about 300 workers in our factory. If you need the general yarns, the delivery time is about 1 week. If you need the customized yarns or fibers, we need to make the sample first for you to check, it will needs longer time. All the delivery time is according to the products you asked and also your order quantity.
Q: what is MOQ ?
A: the MOQ is 1 ton, small order can be also accepted if we have the products you asked in our stock or if the products you asked is not customized by yourselves.
