Description:

By using hot air flow, the powder or granule wet material will be suspended into fluidized state which can heated quickly and the moisture inside of the target materials can be vaporized and brought out with hot air flow. The drying speed is quick and the temperature is uniform. The material barrel of dryer is lifted by air cylinder. It features simple structure, easy operating, and reliable sealing. The material barrel is equipped with pulsator and special air-distribution-plates without any dead corner in fluidized bed. The finished material is discharged by reverse turning bed of bottom plate. It makes the discharge and clean become quick and more convenient.
