HP-Nb Furnace Roll Used in Annealing Furnace

1. Material: Wear-resisting, heat-resisting and corrosion-resisting alloy steel. ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2, 1Cr18Ni9; ZGCr25Ni35Nb; ZGCr28Ni48W5 or at customers request. (HK40, HT, HU, HH, 22H, 304, 316, Super 22H, HP-Nb, More1, More2, 1.4848, 1.4855, 1.4852, 2.4879) 

2. Process: Rolls are made by centrifugal casting and will be machined subsequently. Cones will be made by static casting. Shafts will be forged, welded and machined according to relevant drawings. 

3. Specification: OD56*OD2000mm or according to drawing and requirement. 

4. Other products: Deflector/steering rolls -OD800 mm, Deflector rolls OD1200 mm, Entry seal rolls OD200 mm, Guide rolls furnace OD200 mm, OD250 mm; Bridle roll-OD800mm 

5. Application: Annealing furnace, heating furnace, Hot DIP galvanizing line, etc.
