1.Application

1.?Branch/wood chipper ?is placed on the ground. Fix the motor on the base of crusher motor. Adjust the triangle and install belt guard.

2. Check whether there is impurities and screw. Whether does the motor turn the same direction with the main frame? Check the gap between fixed blades and moving blades. The gap should be 1-3mm.

3. Professional worker can install the motor. Choose the cable and insurance according to the motor type. Turn the wood chipper as the machine mark. Motor has a good ground wire.

4. Prohibit hand into the feed inlet.

5. Run the motor idle before star. Feed raw material and run the machine.

1. Check the equipment before starting the machine and tighten the bolts

2. Clean the stones and metal in the raw material.

3. Non-load Startup. Feed the machine when the machine works normally without bigger wood or ironware.

4. Operators should stand at the flank of the feed inlet.

5. Cut off power supply before examining and repairing.
