The structure

Four-ball tester consists of spindle drive system, the oil box with heater, determination of test, friction force sensor system, the hydraulic loading system, microcomputer control system, including the main parameter setting and control, alarm and other units) and other parts. They are all installed in the welding frame as the main body of the rack.

Stand in the top right panel is testing machine control system, the upper left is the spindle drive system and oil box, friction pair, and a variety of sensing instruments, etc. Frame is the bottom left of the testing machine hydraulic oil cylinder, on the lower right is the toolkit.
