?The product is a kind of modularized and multifunctional low voltage distributing switchgear. It is used in the low voltage systems below 4000A that need highly reliable operation such as metallurgy petroleum chemical industries mine enterprise, infra structures and so on.

Its body structures are flexible. It can install components of different types and specifications in the cubicle according to customers\' demands or various service occasions; various kinds of feed units can be fixed in one cubicle or a row of cubicles according to different consumer. E.g. the feed circuit can be installed with the motor control circuit.

Structural feature of MNS switchgear

High generalization in structure design and flexibility is make-up. The C profiles of sheet steel with 25mm modular interval can meet the needs of all kinds of structural types, protection degrees, operating and environmental conditions.

The product adopts standard module design. The product can make up a variety of standard units for protection, operating, switching, controlling, regulating, measuring and indication. The user can may choose at option the relevant standard unit for assemble according to requirement. Up to more than 200 of structure parts and functional modules make it possible to make up a variety of structure frames and drawer units for different schematic requirements.

Adoption of large number of the high strength flame-resisting plastic modules and functional partition plates are effective to strengthen the performance of safety protection.

Type of the product is PC (Power center) cubicle, MCC (Motor control center) cubicle and the capacitor bank cubicle. PC cubicle uses air circuit breaker (ACB). MCC cubicle is grouped with drawers of large or small size and the moulded-case circuit breakers (MCCB) with high breaking capacity or rotary fuse switches are adopted as the main switch for each circuit. The capacitor bank cubicle is automatic compensation according to power factor.

There are five types of standard drawer based on 8E=200mm for reference height.

8E/4: assembling four drawer units in the space of 8E height.

8E/2: assembling two drawer units in the space of 8E height.

8E: assembling one drawer unit in the space of 8E height.

16E: assembling one drawer unit in the space of 16E height (400mm).

24E: assembling one drawer unit in the space of 24E height (600mm).
