DECRIPTION
This type machine with grinding-head cross-moving on the saddle, of elevating along the collum, while the table hydraulically driven longitudinal-sliding on the guideway. It is for grinding the surface of blanket, the angle square, the slot and moldular as well by the sandwheel overall, is of great use in wide range of working.
MAIN APPLICATION
Be applicable to working of various spare parts, such as machine processing, car accessories, work tongs and clamping tools, magnetic steel and molding tools...etc. This machine can be used to grind various kinds of blankets of different materials such as steel, iron, porcelain and ceramics, non-ferrous metals and etc...
MAIN FEATURES
The T-shape screw pole adopts appropriate metal of alloy steel, strictly processed with heat treatment and defined techniqure, is of good wearability. The grinding head is more efficient for an adittional fast up-down structure. The grinding head by the hydraulic pressure, may mobile also may manual. Up-down structure and the triangle arrangement of support use the biased design, is very easy for the adjustment, lengthens the machine's life greatly.
