Product Description
Products Features:
1. Introduce finite element analysis and design especially about high-efficiency, high-rigidity, heavy-cutting etc.
2. Column and table base use large-size box structure, supplying with the largest Z axis section size of RAM(230*200) and supporting super-heavy cutting.
3. Symmetrical structure avoids hot deformation, reasonable structure and temper to ensure long-term stability of machine's precision.
4. Spindle direct bearings use P4 step double rolling bearings, axle bearings use P4 step large size thrust bearings, which can ensure high rotary precision and high carrying capacity.
5. Hydraulic system uses outside cycling to cutting heat of machine. When the machine is working, the pump works under unloading, which avoids raising machine's temperature. When the machine is equipped with second spindle, it is with oil cooler.
6. Big diameter ball screw and X axis ball screw pre-pull structure ensure high precision and compensate hot deformation.
7. Double doors design is convenient to unload parts, operating button panel can be turn 90° .
8. CNC system uses Siemens or FANUC.
