ZSXB-J series cable-only portable frequency conversion resonance booster uses regulating the frequency of power to make the reactor and tested capacitor resonant; obtain high voltage pressure and large current. It is a kind of new method and trend in the current high voltage experiment, and has been widely applied.

ZSXB-J series frequency conversion Resonance pressure-rising device uses a specially-made SPWM digital waveform chip, frequency resolution 16 bit, frequency of fineness can be up to 0.1Hz in the 20-300Hz; using the orthogonal non-synchronous fixed carrier modulation mode to ensure that output waveform is good in the entire frequency range; partial power adopts advanced IPM module, to ensure apparatus steady and safe with the minimum weight.

Cables of 35kV level or below use large number, test much longer time, so this kind of withstand voltage test devices should has the advantages of small volume, light weight, that’s how portable cable withstand voltage test system was born. This system requires the portable part not over 30kg in one person’s hands, and not over 60kg in two persons’ hands, suitable for on-site moving; power supply uses 220V single-phase power supply, convenient for getting power on-site; reactor adopts dry epoxy pouring, beautiful and reliable, suitable for all types of cable.
