Mezzanine racking

1. If the area of factory is limited, by using steel beams and metal plates, partition the space to be several levels, usually 2~3 levels.

2. The floors are usually made of cold rolling steel, the structure is lock-up, between floors and main/accessorial beams, there are special designed locks. Compared with traditional checkered steel plates and steel gratings, the lock-up steel plates have many advantages, such as loading stronger, good integrity, good capacity equality, high accuracy, flat surface, lock easily, etc. also it is easy to assemble lighting system, store and manage goods. The plates of floor have common flat type, figure type, checkered type, and so on. The loading capacity of the floors is usually 300~1000kg per square meters. The distance between two floors is 2.2~3 meters, the height of the top level racks is around 2 meters, considering fully about the use convenience of people and machines.

3. Mezzanine racks are usually designed with stairs, hydraulic lift platforms or elevators, or by using forklifts to load or unload the goods in the up floors via doors. According to customer’s request, the mezzanine racks can be designed a unload slide board, in order to unload goods quickly from up floors to the ground.

4. Easily assembling and disassembling, according to sites and requirements, the mezzanine racks can be designed to be 2 or 3 floors, in order to use space fully, this kind of racks are commonly used in autos, electronics, light industry, machinery industry, etc.
