HZS series belt type concrete batching plants adopt YJS series concrete mixer or high duty JS series cement mixer;
Adopt high duty PLD series aggregate batching machine, at least include 4 aggregate bins;
Adopt intelligent control system, includes industrial monitoring system, accurate weighing system and error correction;
Adopt high capacity cement silo and screw conveyor for storage and feeding;
Optional Accessories based on customers’ requirement.

The concrete batch plant can produce plasticity/dry-hard concrete with high productivity, and they are widely used in big/medium construction products, road, bridge project, and concrete prefabrication factory.

6. Aggregate batching machine: adopt independent storage bins and weighing hoppers, insure the production accuracy.

1. Mixing system: Adopt YJS series twin-shaft concrete mixer with Italy tech for high quality of mixing effect, short mixing time and long service life of spare parts. We can also equip high duty JS series twin-shaft concrete mixer if customers need;

2. Platform: Mixing platform and weighing platform are separately installed, easy for client inspecting and maintenance; 

3. Cement system: adopt plated cement silo and screw conveyor, easy for transportation and installation, well seal performance and long service life. We can also provide cement pump for bulk cement feeding to silo;

4. Weighing and control system: adopt new-design of electrical weighing system that includes computer control, digital display, etc. This kind of system also is equipped buffered device and auto-add function when weighing deflection, that will make sure the measurement accurate and timely.

5. Aggregate feeding system: adopt Belt Conveyor, is equipped ladder for worker maintenance or service;
