Screen printing ink for PP or PE plastic

EP series is developed for printing on special untreated polypropylene materials or half treated polyethylene materials. It is a special single component printing ink with the advantage of volatilizing drying, high gloss, good adhesion and scratch resistance.

Character: glossy, medium dry, high alcohol resistance, white gas resistance, good adhesion, scrape resistance, bright color. It can be used in high speed printing without ink flying or blurring, which also meet the requirements of pad printing.

Application: all kinds of PP, PE commodity, stationery, healthy equipment, all kinds of bottle (shampoo bottle, cosmetic package), storage battery.

Usage:

a: In order to prevent special additives separation from ink, please fully mix the printing ink uniformity before application.

b: It is necessary to clean the stains and dusts on the surface of the object before printing.

c: Please select the mesh stencil (150-380 dots) exactly, according to the expected printing results.

d: In order to reach the excellent printing results of fine line, pattern and character, you are able to append special additives supplied of our company, so as to avoid diffusion, burrs, and blurring of the printed object.

Notes:

a: Because the difference of surface tension for PP, PE materials is much bigger, please confirm it before printing. You are able to select PP treated water to wash it if the surface tension of material is lower.

b: No obvious ink off after alcohol test, scrape test and stickiness test. After added the hardener, it can pass the above test.

c: Printed object test was done after 24 hours when the object is complete dry.

d: The dosage thinner can be adjusted between 20-30%,depending entirely on the dots number of mesh stencil, environmental conditions and printing result.

e: Before and after using this series ink, please seal the ink container completely and place it in cool area with good air-flowing so as to prevent from fire or high temperature.

The above ink was checked by SGS, which meet the standards of the EU ROHS requirements.
