Features of Production line
1.It adopts conic double screw extruder for high extrusion pressure and god effect of plasticizing
2.It adopts double chamber vacuum calibrating and spray cooling.with functions of water temperature automatic control and automatic water supply and discharge
3.The pulling machine adopts imported frequency regulator and three or four caterpillar clamping for large pulling force and the no-deformation of pipe
4.It adopts planetary cutting machine with the forced dust suction function
5.It adopts planetary the imported new generation PLC programmable computer control system for high-speed synchronous and stable running
6.Equipped with different die heads and auxiliary machines ,it can produce U-PVC pipes for single or core foaming,inner spiral foaming,hollow or hollow inner spiral.
