1   Scheduled check the main parts ,such as the axletree bearings ,ensure all the bearing lubricating enough.

2   Scheduled check the welding head mechanical wearing conditions , adjust the pressure to a suitable state , try to adjust the pressure to be minimum at the station of welding well .

3      Often check the tensile force of the raw material coils ,ensure all the materials running in step & the   surface   with no laxation.

 4   Please adjust the pressure of the cutting blade to avoid blading damage.
