These spindles are widely applied in many areas such as cnc drilling & milling equipment, precise carving, engraving, milling complex machining center and other high speed areas. The products meet the growing market demand of the high-speed spindle industry, and the production, sales, profits and tax of our spindles are front-runner in domestic over the years. The company covers more than 50 acres, points north-south 2 factory district, with metalworking workshop, fitter workshop, thermostatic grinding workshop, thermostatic assembly workshop, detection workshop. And our company has numerical control lathe, high-precision tapping machine, super precision grinding mill silk machine, high precision dynamic balance meter, processing center and so on, it can meet the need of batch production of spindles.
     Our company since 2005 had undertaken technological breakthroughs, torch plan etc. several provincial & national-level scientific research project, made outstanding achievements. "The permanent power automatic loose broach high-speed electric spindle" No.2008GR10208 included in the national key new product plan in 2009. "Permanent magnet synchronous high-speed and high rigidity spindle and driving devices" No.2009ZX04010-023 listed in the national major projects subject in 2009. In addition, our company applied 12 national patents, achieved seven authorized patent, including six patents of utility model and one invention patent. Presently the company keeps a project cooperation with Zhejiang University, Hunan University, Huazhong University of science and technology and other institutions of high education, and this year we set up the Academy Workstations with Shanghai Electric Institute.
