Product Description
1. Insole and vamp don’t have to cement before lasting, by doing so, not only save labor force, but cement well after passing the heating machine and assure a perfect shape.
2. Using all-around forming bands and special track wipers can make upper lasted even, enhancing outlooking and improving quality without any angle after lasting.
3. The 9 independent pincers can be individually adjusted to cope with the lasting of shoe toes of various shape. The theory of automatic balancing device and wiper’s automatic descending during running is the very key points to improve the quality and production capacity.
4. Auxiliary wiper struction:
Auxiliary wiper can lengthen the joint lasting coordinating with the Nine Pincers toe lasting to the connecting corner of front and middle positon which can make forepart leather attach to the last more closer.
5. Adjustable structure of cement plate size:
Generally, as the cement plate is fixed before the auto-cementing, it can’t be adjusted arbitrarily and this size adjustable structure is suitable for shoes’ prducing on the production line. Meanwhile, for mixed production, we can adjust the plate size at fast speed without using tools and make the cement point cemented on the appropriate position according to the size of shoes which makes a peferct cementing. While for shoes in the same shape, we don't have to change the cement plate as the big quantity of cement.
6. The wipers are functioned with inching movement and speed ajustment, which makes the whole adjustment of lasting control easier.
7. The machine is equipped with cross projector assenbly, which is convenient for correcting toe lasting and also easy for new comers to operate.
8. The rapid installing and releasing structure for pincers can finish the whole process within 30 seconds.
The height of the last support plate is remotely controlled. There is a numerical instruction provided for reference which makes operation easier.
9. The pressure and speed for each mechanism can be adjusted from external and the pressure gauge is also installed outside machine which makes the operation and adjustment more conveniently.
10. Speedy asdjustmental of pincer fixed plate. The cement adopts the double-tracking structure that can be adjusted from the right and left individually. The rotary point of pincer fixed plate locates at the joint between the first and second pincers, as a result, the curve position beween the mid-pincer and the groups of right and left pincers will not be changed when adjusted. Thus will make the uppers more attached to the lasts.
