1.? Function intruction
Switch box is mainly used for power distribution for each load. And? it can protect the power circuit when it overload, current leak and? short circuit. It can well protect the LED display and make it work? efficiently.

3.? Switch box components introduction
(1). 3P Switch: The air switch integrated many functions. It not only can switch on and off, but also has the function of protect circuit and electric equipment when they get overload, current leak? and? short? circuit.
(2).5V Power supplier:Provide power for power control panel(electric? relay).
(3). Lighting arrester: Release the thunder electricity and overload? voltage to protect electric equipment from damage.
(4). Circuit breaker: It is also called "air switch".It is kind of switch which can be switch on and off manually or automatically.When it is over-voltage, under-voltage, overload or short circuit, the switch can cut off automatically .
(5). Contactor: The work principle is when current go through coil, it becomes magnetic.Then the contactor will be close or open with or without magnet. Contactor composed of electric magnetic system (iron core, static iron core and electric magnetic coil), prods system (open prod and close prod) and arc control device.When the electric magnetic coil powered, it will be strong magnetic, and conduct to the static iron core which will attract the? armature, ? then? the? prod? close.? When? power? off, ? the? prod open.

4.??Operation interpretation and caution
(1). Please double check the components on Power Distribution panel (or cabinet) well connected; no heating or burning smell. Door of Power Distribution panel is on duty, and the key to door should be kept by the professional.
(2). In order to allow the machine work well, the Power Distribution panel should be kept tidy and clean. Maintaining work should be performed regularly.

5.? The connection drawing of switch box and display

(1). wire three phase 5 wires (3 L, 1N and 1G) to the AC 380V input terminal block, while wire 2 phase 3 wires(1L, 1N, 1G)between the? output AC 220V terminal block to LED display.
(2). Connect the multi-function card?to sending?card in computer/IPC? and receive card in first cabinet of LED display with internet cable? (RJ45).
(3). Switch on the 3P air switch to make the switch box function, then? power indication/alarm lamp will be green
(4). Turn on your computer which has already programmed with our control system software.You can find the indication lamp on Multi-functional card flicker green.
(5).?Now you have three ways to turn on and turn off the screen Push/pull the 3P air switch (Turn on or Turn off both switch box and? LED display) Push the power button (Turn on or Turn off the LED? display) Use software in computer/IPC (Turn on or Turn off the LED display)
