1.Introduction of vertical compound crusher:
Compound Crusher is a non-screen bar, adjustable fine crushing equipment. It is not only widely used in crusing operation of raw material an clinker in the cement plant, but also crushing dolomite, flint, lead and zinc, serpentine, blast furnace slag, coal, phosphate rock and other medium hardness material, particularly applicable to the hard limestone, dolomite, granite, basalt and other artificial sand or processing broken expressway pavement stone.
2.Structure features:
The machine mainly contains frame, main rotor, hammerhead, liner, inlet, outlet and other components.
1.It has a big broken ratio and crushing ratio can reach the discharge size , also can be adjusted arbitrarily, without effect of plate hammer, liner wear;
2. No screen settings, when crushing material with high water content, large amount of mud ,it can not be easily blocked.
3. By using the elastic adjusting mechanism, material which can not be broken can be automatically discharged.
3.Working principle :
Material vertically falls into the high-speed rotation of the impeller from the upper of machine. Under the effect of high speed centrifugal force, it is impacted with other part of material which is shunted in the surrounding of impeller in umbrella form, then form a vortex of material between the impeller and casing, that generates many times of mutual collision, friction and grinding
Finally , discharged from the lower part, by screening equipment control to reach the required product particle size, which forms repeated closed cycle.
