Steel Plate Pretreatment Line:

The steel plate pretreatment line adopt disa and panborn technology.

Plate conveying system

The whole plate conveying system is driven by frequency converter motors that carry out the stepless speed adjusting. Every working part can run synchronously as well as individually.

The three rollers in the flame area inside the pre-heating cabinet are cooled by water.

The rollers inside the blasting cabinet are protected by special protecting sleeves.

The line equips with the heavy-duty apron chain conveyor.

On one side of the inlet roller conveyor, the aligning column-rollers are installed.

Pre-heating cabinet

Adopts the (gas) Burner originally made in Italy.

Equips with overheat protecting device and explosion-proof device.

Shot blasting cleaning

The plate detecting device is located in front of the blasting cabinet, thus prevented the interference caused by abrasive and dust.

Six blast wheels are adopted, the abrasive flow rate 6*600/min, the life of the blade 400 hours; The disposition of the blast wheels went through the computer simulation.

Abrasive sweeping

To completely clean the top surfaces of the steel plates, we adopt the two-stage sweeping and two-stage air blowing.
