Brand new design of double lens improves the limitation of low magnification of traditional 3D microscope. It can inspect the object by side-view lens in high magnification under high working distance so as to enable the application of 3D microscope in the field of precision and micro-electronic inspection.

The up-down lens can inspect the object by processing 2D image while the side-view lens can inspect the object by processing 3D image.
?? Design of double optic path and parfocalization of double lens enable the side-view lens needn’t to adjust once the up-down lens arrive the focal point and it’s viewing position is accordant with the facing lens.

Side-view lens can inspect the object in the angle from 0 to 90 degree, and it can cooperate with the rotation manual stage to get the best inspection of the object.
