　　It has wide function which widely used in all kinds of industry .It is still used in the world with low cost ,strong antiknock ,simple structure ,easy opeation . Common stoppage and troubleshoot 1.big noise 　　Possible reason: bad level destroiedshock mitigation system ;not stable load speed ,rolling drum is eroded for long time ; less lubricant at friction part; jam of inlet 　　Troubleshoot :To check if centrifuge is put levelly ;load equally ,the right procedure to to load is to start up machine first to full speed ,then load with small quantity to big evenly ;check solid and liquid mixed well ;check if sticky dry stuff on rolling drum ;add lubricant on rotor bearing ;check if inlet is blocked . 2. high temperature on main bearing 　　Possible reason: no lubricant on main bearing,;tiny stuff between main bearing ;run high speed 　　Troubleshoot :open main bearing to add lubricant ,clean main bearing ;use compatible centrifuge . 3.high temperature on dynamo 　　Possible reason: heavy burdn ;high speed of dynamo ; circuit deisgn default . 　　Troubleshoot: make sure if the machine run under relevant load and dynamo runs at normal speed .If all is ok ,but temperature is still very high ,please contact supplier to change it . 　　 　　Centrigue is a high-speed running machinese .Normally the processing materials are corrosive .We need to check to make sure all parts are running well and to change new one if necessary during long time operating . filter procedure The working theory is intermittent filter ,contains 5 procedures: 1 load 　After stuff is loaded in rolling drum by horizontal loading pipe ,mother solution is thrown off from rolling drum and become filter cake .The best filter cake can be obtained by frequent loading at low -speed condition to ensure the initial filter cake and less loss of load . 2 dry initial dry 　Mother solution needs to be thrown off from rolling drum after loading .Operator can control speed of rolling drum revolution (high speed ) ,this is the initial drying . 3 wash 　Filter cake needs to be washed by one or many cleaning mixture after mother solution is thrown off filter cake .Cleaning mixture is tranported into rolling drum by loading pipe and scattered by studdle to make even liquid co 4 dry 　　washing ,then dry filter cake . 5 discharge 　At last adjust rolling drum speed to discharge speed ,the flat part of rolling drum is pushed up ,filter cake is discharged automatically . The filter bag is turned over toally ,filter cake is thrown off from it .The solid will slide into next procedure ,such as drier ,load barrel .One cycle is over after discharge ,the flat part of rolling drum will be pushed back rolling drum to start a new circle .
