JZC Introduction:
Series JZC Waste Oil Pyrolysis (Oil Distillation) equipment is special for regenerating the black waste oil, including waste engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, mixed oils etc. JZC machine effectively transfer waste oils to diesel oil under Pyrolysis, JZC works under 580C temperature, makes Hydrocarbon molecules break out, and re-order combination, forming diesel oil. During the distillation process, liquid waste oil transforms to oil-gas in distillation tank under high temperature, then oil-gas transform to liquid oil again after the cooling system, the liquid oil treated by the special tanks to desulfurize and decolor. Finally get a eligible diesel fuel with good color. This diesel fuel oil can be as the fuel in truck, tractor, diesel generator, heavy lorry, also can be used as the burning fuel oil etc. During the distillation process, JZC effectively remove the wear debris, asphalt, wax quality, impurities, moisture, acid and get rid of carbon particles, deep oxides which disperse in oil. JZC machine is very suitable for the oil refinery company, also for the small oil company who want to make the oil by self.
After the JZC machine, the final products is the diesel oil, the user can deployment the diesel fuel oil to any model and any specification oils by adding different additives. (We can provide you the relative additive name and way)
Series JZC machine is energy-saving, environment friendly machine, during the process it just generates less waste (sludge), the waste (Sludge) doesn’t contains any oil, there is no pollution for the environment (The waste/sludge also can be processed into a carbon toner for printing the raw materials); during the oil distillation process, the oil-gas and low volatile are discharged after combustion of hydrocarbons and purification treatment, so, there is no odor and no environment pollution.
Series JZC mainly combust fuel (The fuel can be the waste engine oil self), or natural gas, coal to heat the waste engine oil, very less electricity consumption, so it is very low operation cost. During the distillation process, you don’t need add any chemicals and activator; the all distillation process is under high temperature (80-580℃)
Advantages:
JZC Regenerating way is under high temperature distillation (80℃ to 580℃), making oil from liquid states to gaseity states. Different temperature will produce different density diesel fuel oil.
JZC Heating device are optional, there are oil-burner furnace, natural-gas furnace, also you use the coal furnace, the burning material is fuel, natural gas and coal. For the fuel, it can be the final product from JZC machine (diesel oil), JZC machine does not use electric heater, It saves much energy and cost compare with electricity heater.
JZC machine don’t add any chemicals and activator during the distillation process, JZC process is a Pyrolysis way.
JZC machine is friendly environment, it produces less sludge, the sludge is purity carbon materials without any oil, and the sludge can be processed into a carbon toner for printing the raw materials.
