Main features:
(1) The machine is used by the electronic converter Step less Speed Regulation technology, Japanese OMRON time controller, PHILIPS sensor automatic counting. All the techniques and technology of this machine reach advanced international level.

(2)The compression rollers and weaving parts have each separated speed ratio of transmission system, the machine also have wire-broken stop motion , when the wires is broken, the machine will stopped by itself.

(3)The machine can cut automatically, its shearing tools are hidden blades with multi-sides sawtooth utilizing the latest company technology we owned (Patent number: CN2009211975.7). The high performance air compressor system made shearing more accurate, sharper and safer. The size and weight of final scourer could be preset as per requirement.

(4)The operation of this machine is very easy, one worker can controls multiple machines. Wire loading, flatting, mesh waving, and scourer shearing, all finished in one time.
