Working Principle

Making use of the motor to bring the blade revolving, when the medium rises to the blade position, the blade stops rotating because of the impediment of the medium, thus through the related control mechanism outpus open (on) or close (off) the contact signal; when the medium drops and leaves the blade, under the force of spring, the blade restores the beginning position to go on rotating and detect position change.

Installation Guide

In order to make the instrument work more reliable, the controller must be installed correctly. The following pictures will help you.

1.      Please choose the place that may truly detect level change of the medium, avoiding dead angle and dead aera etc..

2.      In order to prevent the measured medium that puts into the tank, hitting the blade, the main axis or other parts, please avoid installing in the mouth position.

3.      As the measured medium flow is active near the in and ouu place, please avoid installing near in and out place.

4.      Ensure sealing of Connection box.

5.      Regularly check connection solidity of components.
