Working Principle
The side tube of Magnetic Rotating Pillar Level Meter is connected with the side of container via flange, forming into a connectivity structure, then the liquid of the container could flow into the major duct directly along with side tubes, which guarantees the height of the liquid in the container to be same with that in major tubes.
The buoyancy caused by the rising and falling of the liquid location makes the floater arranged in the main duct rising and falling relatively, the permanent magnet steel in the floater drives the white and red magnetic rotating pannel turning by 180o under tha force of the magnetic coupling, the rotating pannel turns from white to be red against the liquid height rising, and from red to white while falling, and the actual height could be showed as the connection line, then the height of the liquid could be diaplayed clearly and visibly.
Used together with our remote transmitter and magnetic switch, romote control could be realized via outputting 4-20MA or ON-OFF signals.

Example to show you the configuration:
Side-mounting standard rotating pannel level meter, whose density is 0.8g/cm3, temperature is 100℃, pressure is 1.6MPa, and connected by flange, center distance is 1100mm, with a bottom blow value and a straight outlet model magnetic switch, the model is as follows, UHZ-661-A1A3A-1100AD3-0.8.
Installation Instruction:
1. The direction of the flange screw hole connected to the equipment should be same with that of being connetced to the liquid level meter.
2. The M in the diagram of the liquid level meter is related to the measured medium: the less the specific weight of the medium is, the longer the float length is, and the bigger the M is. Conversely, the smaller the M is. (the standard measure of the M in our company is M=120mm, P=1.0g/cm3 )
3. Magnetic conductor around the liquid level meter not allowed, otherwise, normal usage would be influenced.
4. After the liquid level meter being finished installing and put into operation, the liquid should be injected smoothly into the main duct, to avoid the sharp rise of the float as a result of the liquid, and further causing malfunction or wrong instruction of the magnetic rotating piller.(In this case, magnetic steel could be used to make adjustment, until the red would be showed under the liquid level, and white would be showed above the liquid level.)
5. It is suggested to install a connecting valve to bypath duct (customer required) between the liquid level meter and the container, to clean and repair easily.
