Expanded metal is available in many gauges and sizes and can be used in many different application. Many ornamental fences or chain link fences have an option to use expanded metal for covering security area where you need visibility but strong barrier for human intrusion, for example, high voltage areas, highway, etc..

Expanded metal fence is available in many gauges and sizes and can be installed in three different ways: ULTRA STYLE, INTERMEDIATE STYLE, RETROFIT. In all three styles you can see clearly through with no impediment to light and air. It is nearly unclimbable and impenetrable. No raveling is the advantage that expanded metal has over wire cloth or perforated metal.

The expanded metal ( fabric ) can be hot dipped galvanized or PVC powder coated. The size of the fabric depends on how much see through opening is desired. Specify 9 gauge fabric with a 3/4" or 1" opening, or 6 & 7 gauge fabric with a maximum opening of 1" or 1 1/2".

Posts are manufactured from 60 x 40 x 3mm and 80 x 40 x 3mm according to the height of the fence required. All posts are supplied with either threaded inserts or bolt-through as requested. Specially designed clamp bar is used to secure the expanded metal panel in place.
