Curtain slitting machine mainly does the slitting job of big pieces of fabric,with the PLC as controlling core and ultrasonic as the cutting enegy source.The operator control machine by GUI(graphic user interface). Totally,machine is highly automatical,with the function of auto adjustment of the fabric edge and its precision, the delay of ultrasonic start and stop,and the machine can auto record the production number

The blade touches the die under the control of presure.The advisable pressure is 0.4 MPa.and 0.25MPa is the lowerlimit, The higher the air pressure is,the  higher the higher the pressure to fabric will be.According to the theory of ultrasonic,the higher pressure pressure from blade to fabric is ,the temperature during cutting will be,and the easier the fabric will be cut.Pneumatic component confirm the realiable,durability and adjustability,etc.and  controls the process of blade.The higher airpressure is,the higher pressure  from blade will be

In the 24 barometers,16 indicate the blade pressure,and the rest 8indicate the jetter  pressure.(Some kind of fabric may attached the blade while cutting.jetting lube oil will avoid this situation.therefore,we we attach a jetting oil system with 4 jetter ,there is lube oil in filter and a jet in front of blade ,and if necessary the oil would be jetted to blade under the control of GUI.)there’s difference between gas valve of jetter pressure and that of blade pressure.See picture below carefully.
