Yuhao SIC u-type heating elements consist of two silicon carbide legs of equal diameter. Each leg is
divided into two parts ,hot zone and cold end with a joint.The resistance of both legs are
equal to ensure a uniform performance.Both shanks are joint with a crossbar made of low
resistance.Thus,it can be used as an end support,if required.
Heater silicon carbide SiC heating elements is a kind of non-metal high
temperature electric silicon carbide heating elements, made of selected
super quality green silicon carbide as main materials.
Silicon carbide heating elements for element temperatures up to 1625 C ,
available in a wide variety of standard sizes and geometries, or in customized
designs to meet the specific needs of various processes and equipment as
furnace sic heater.
SiC heating elements are capable of high power output, and may be mounted
either vertically or horizontally. Because the element material remains rigid
even at the maximum operating temperatures, no special supports are
required, which simplifies the design of the equipment.
