Diazo film for circuit board(yellow film)

 XuGuang Diazo film was coated diazo sensitizer on the good dimensional stability's transparent polyester film, solder resist ink for printed circuit boards and dry film line in the exposure process, as the film image transfer's work negative film.

★Unseal and Safelight:

This film should be unseal and application under the conditions of yellow fluorescent lamp and UV protection fluorescent lamp. When using, should be careful due to friction, folding, grease, fingerprints and other factors causing damage to the film.

★Exposure:

   XuGuang diazo film is a special film. It can transfer the black and white pattern image into the transparent image, against corrosion, it is highly UV acceptance, before the exposure, should take out the film about 12 hours in advance for stable pre-treatment, avoid exposure to UV light and chemical air pollution.

   Applied to the exposure light source are:contains a lot of UV metal halogen lamp,high pressure mercury vapor lamp and so on;Spectrum sensitization range:about 350-430mm. can be tested step by step to get the best exposure time.

★Washing process:

Please use the concentrated ammonia water (25% concentration) developing, setting the temperature between 65-85℃ developing, due to different ammonia water the imaging machine have different effect, in order to get a satisfactory density, please take two or more than twice developing.

Remark: If developing under the high temperature (100℃ above),may affect the size of the accurate.

 ★Shading density:

It has a good perspective in the visible range, but in the solder resist printing ink and dry film line's UV light range, effectively blocking the UV light.

★Dimensional stability:

  It fingers light sensitive materials because of humidity and temperature changes as well as swash and aging caused the size changes.

  XuGuang Diazo film use the thickness of 0.175mm polyester film base, with the environment temperature and humidity changes, the size of film in the length and width will have some changes.

  The stability parameter of the size:

a)the temperature changes affect 0.00016%/℃    b) the humidity changes affect 0.001%/%RH

Remarks: As the temperature and humidity changes, Diazo film dimensional stability parameter need to store one hour for steady after exposure, the size is able to accurately measure.

★Storage:

    Dry and cold preservation, storage temperature should be lower than 25℃, relative humidity less than 65%.

    Twelve months
