4.  Impact testing temperature: If the steel plates' grade has no symbol that means the steel' impact temperature is not lower than -20c,L means not lower than -40c,L1 not lower than -60c.

5.  Materials quality: Steel plates  were used in Bird Nest Building,Three Gorges Dam, Shanghai World Expo Buildings and many other huge national projects.

6.  Delivery condition: QT,HR,N,T,NT,UT,IMPACT TEST,etc.

7.  Payment terms: Prepaid some percentage by T/T or L/C at sight.
