The video stream comes from networked DVRs, video encoders, or video data servers and is decoded and converted into analog TV signals. This signal is then sent to a TV monitor for display. In the net-oriented surveillance system, video decoders are usually placed in the surveillance center, directly driving monitoring equipment such as a TV wall.
