Description:The surface finish process begins with shot blast cleaning, followed by deactivation and polishing with a yellow chromate treatment. We then do a salt mist-proof test 3 times in succession within 8 hours to be sure no rust appears. The surface is treated with backed anticorrosive paint. The thickness of the paint is not more than 25±5µm, and the static coating is not more than 50±5µm. In total, this allows for 9 grids within an area of 32 x 32mm. We use adhesive tape to test adhesive force, making sure the tape will stick 10 times consecutively without dropping. The shell groove is embedded with metal gauze screen to prevent radiation disturbance and has good screening and anti-leakage performance. Finally, this shell is sealed with a silicon rubber strip and can resist temperatures as high as 200°C and as low as -80°C without distortion.
