RS-25PLC Keeping Ends/Tails Coiling Machine is a new product researched and developed by our factory for automatic resistance coil winding. This machine can automatically keep the wire ends from coil winding. It doesn’t need to pull the wire ends separately when coiling on the frame, which reduces the process and increases efficiency. The machine adopts PLC touch screen and servomotor control. It has stable performance and simple operation. Fully realized automatic preparing, starting, winding, shutdown and taking wire. The new operation of keeping both ends brings out actual man-machine separation. This machine is widely applied to the coiling of heating wire for hair dryers, electric heaters, electric heating tubes, hand dryers and other electric appliances.
