1. Brief introduction of the WPC PVC foam board making machine

The WPC PVC foam board extrusion machine is specially designed to produce WPC PVC foam board which is widely used for Kitchen Cabinet, architecture and furniture.

2. Consists and Features of WPC PVC foam board making machine

The machine unit is adpoted specially designed SJSZ conical twin screw extruder. It dopts imported ABB and Siemens Speed frequency converter and RKC, Omron temperature control device. It has the features of extensive adjusting range, high precison of temperature control, easy operation etc,

The auxiliary machine is composed of calibrating stage, haul off, edge cutter transverse cutting machine tilt stacker.

The mould is equiped with mould temperature cooling device to ensure the effect of surface forming.

The roller tractor(8 pairs) is adopted imported speed reduction motor and frequency converter. It possesses the features of reasonable structure, large traction strength, stable traction, etc.

The cutter has the character of being reliable, accurate, high cutting precision, etc.

The material pushing stacker is attached movable material pushing device and specially designed rubber protective layer. It has the features of non-damage to the product, easy operation, etc.

The auxiliary machine units are adopted programmable computerized controlling system to guarantee reliable and stable complete machine control.

3. Freatures and function of WPC PVC foam board

PVC crust foamed plate has such characteristics as sound separation, sound absorption, heat separation, temperature-keeping, etc. 
The material is incombustible, it is safe for use. 
All series of products have property of moisture proof, mildew proof, water resistance, its vibration resistant effect is good. 
All series of products have property of weathering proof, its luster may remain forever, it is not easy to be ageing. 
This product is light, storage & transport, construction are rather convenient.
This product can be worked with normal tools for wooden material.
Drilling, sawing, nail, planing, bonding can be conducted like wooden material.
It is suitable for thermal shaping, thermal bending and fold processing.
It can be welded, it can also be bonded with other PVC material. 
The surface of this product is smooth, it can be printed. ( Clean the surface before printing.)
