1.How to choose my size?
-Please leave a message or remark with your height and weight (shoulder, chest), we will reply you as soon as possible during work time.

2.I shopped a wrong size, can I exchange it?
-Yes, but you have to pay for return freight on your own. After we receive the jacket (withou artificial damage), we will ship the appropriate one.
-Warm prompt: as return freight is so expensive, please make sure you pick a right size before ordering. :-)

3.Can you declare a low value of package to avoid customs tax?
-Yes, we normally declare a small value. Usually there is no customs problem with regular mail. (China Post, ePacket, SF-EXPRESS). But Portugal customs might charge tax with regular mail.
However, if you buy a high value item and choose fast shipping (DHL,TNT), you might have to pay customs tax. It depends on your country's customs policy.

4.When do you ship my order?
-After your payment is successfully transferred to Aliexpress account, we will ship your order within 48 hours during workday.

5.Can I drop shipping?
-Yes, please make sure you provide a correct and complete address, in case the parcel is returned or unsuccessfully delivered.

6.How long will the parcel arrive?
-Delivery time depends on destination and other factors (weather, holiday etc), it usually takes 10-30 days by regular mail to America, Canada, European and Asian countries. Other countries takes around 30-60 days.
-DHL/TNT delivery time is 5-7 days.
-Our default regular shipping method is SF-EXPRESS.
-If your protection time is running out but you still not recieve the item, please feel free to contact us. We will extend your protection time.
