How to make Silver accessories products for preliminary step on producing.

1.            Melt Silver metal in a molt on which made of special burnt soil in round shape then burn it again in burnt stove called " Tribal Stove " heat up by air pressure with foot.

2.            Slowly add Potassium Nitrate and Toasted Rice in melting Silver to make it smooth and soft.

3.            Add Carbon Powder in melting Silver to prevent Silver mass sticks to mold , then slowly pour them in to BURNK  which made of soil mixed with Gasoline and pressed them to be small hole. This step just to make Silver together and prevent air bubble.

4.            Slowly make their surface smooth and leave them for 5 min. then slowly more Carbon Powder out.

5.            Upside down BURNK or reverse  it to release Silver mass out.

6.            Put melted Silver in the mixture of Sulfur and water in the ratio of 2 bottle of sulfur and 6 tin can ( or 120 litre ) at which colours of water will be changed to light blue as green to place acid in  those are bubble in Silver mass. Then soak them in mixture of water mixed with Tamarind  to remove out some dirt and acid also brush with brass brush. Then Silver will be looked shiny.

7.            The above Silver sheet will be shaped as they want by stamping or hit but it is cold for Silver at the moment it got to be heated  again to make it soft enough to make it but as we want.

8.            After you got Silver accessories products then brush them with brass brush in water mix with shiny powder then it will be more shinier.
