2. How do you ensure the products in high quality and exact quantity ?

From material purchasing to production finishing, we have a full set of strict inspection process to ensure exceptional quality problem and correct quantity, including IQC, QC&A, OQC. Moreover, before production, our technology Dept. colleagues will assess the production process to ensure each process in the right way.

3. Once the products occur quality problem, How will you deal with ?

Please rest assure, we are reliable and responsible company. Please send us details and pictures when quality problems occured, we'll analyze the reason and find out the solution with our QC&A and Technology dept. In general, the complaint will be solved within three workdays.

4. Can I use my own brand and design ?

Of course, highly appreciated, We accept OEM/ODM. Our R&D team also can provide full service support during your design process.
