damage to the goods due to improper packing and for any damage attributable to inadequate

 or improper protective measures taken by the seller.In such case ann losses &/or expenses in 

curred Shall be fall upon the seller. 

**Payment&Delivery**
Payment: 30% deposit by T/T,70% balance upon copy B/L 
Delivery:45 days after got 30% deposit and pp sample confirmed. 

**Sample-making policy**

To follow your instruction on making sample,Pls be sure to fax the pattern with size and color or

 the other specification for our reference to carry out.We'll arrange sample-making promptly once Received it then send the sample confirmed.Samples and freight charge will 

be borne by the buyer.
